Delete your data

Email hola@valenciamyhome.com with the subject “Delete my data” and your Threads or Telegram username. We delete everything we hold about you and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Any of your public posts or messages we stored, with their links and usernames.
- Our drafts and replies to you, and their outcomes.
- Any record that we contacted you.
How long it takes
Usually within a few days, and always within 30 days of your request. If we need to confirm that the account is yours, we ask by email first.
Threads app (vmh-bot)
Our Threads app is used only with our own Threads account; other people do not sign in to it, so it holds no data from your Threads login. If you ever authorized it, you can remove it in Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Active, then Remove. Then email us as above to delete any of your posts we stored.
Automatic deletion
Even without a request, we delete posts we did not answer after 30 days and answered questions after 12 months. See the privacy policy.
