vmh-bot is an internal tool of Valencia My Home. It is not offered to the public and nobody outside our team signs in to it.
The service
vmh-bot helps our team find public questions about relocating to Valencia on Threads and in Telegram groups we belong to, and prepare answers that a person reviews before anything is sent. It uses the Threads API with our own Threads account.
Use
- Only members of our team use the tool, with their own Telegram accounts.
- Every reply is reviewed and sent by a person, says openly that we are a relocation consultancy, and follows the rules of each platform and group.
- We do not send unsolicited bulk messages; we contact the same person at most once in 30 days.
Information we share
Our answers give general orientation about relocation in Spain. They are not legal or tax advice for your specific case; for that, ask us for a consultation.
Liability
We provide the tool and our public answers as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of a public answer without a consultation.
Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy; you can delete your data at any time.
